In this video, Debbie Ducic of GutZy Women describes with stories and images a simplified visual version of what a Host Server is and how a web browser and a web server work together. She wants you to visualize the server as a big brain with pockets of information just sitting there inside of it until a signal is sent from another brain (your computer) by clicking on an URL (Uniform Resource Locator) to request the information in that particular place in the brain.
She goes on to share the similarities of that process with the way people communicate back and forth. When technology is explained in everyday language and compared with everyday life, most people will overcome their fear and intimidation of it.
